We were pleased with the overall quality of the product. Certainly worth the price. The travel bag is a neat feature and the soft silicon coating of the wand is nice against the skin.

Ours didn't come with any instructions. It's pretty self-explanitory, but a list of how many modes and intensity settings there are would be useful and reduce the amount of trial-and-error needed.

I'd have given it 4.5 stars if that was an option.
